I’m currently writing an article on Inkscape and The GIMP and as a happy and almost day-to-day user of both of these two awesome and bloody nutricious free software apps I haven’t really touched the tutorials, help sections and howtos in a while. I guess I sort of should because I find myself bugging friends about this and that every so often as we share tips and whatnot.
So today, as I was touching on Inkscape and some of the help channels I found something I had not seen before under Help -> … before. I knew that there were this kick ass interactive tutorials which cover essentially everything in a glance from basics to intermediate and advanced stages to calligraphy but it seems guys over at Inkscape.org have added something new without me noticing. What have they done?
They’ve added an SVG file of pretty much all the hot-keys and mouse combinations in a seven column document. I’m going to see about getting that printed out and stuck on my bedroom door!

Till later from another happy user of free software. ^^
